Terms & Policies

 

Deposits:

Individual Retreats: 3-night retreat = $150; 4+ night retreat = $250
Couples’ Retreats: 3-night retreat = $300; 4+ night retreat = $500
No deposit is required for Work Weekends and Gatherings

Retreat Cost:

As noted on each retreat description.

Room Sales Tax:

We are required by Sullivan County to collect 5% room tax on the room and board portion of retreats.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Receipt of a reservation confirmation reserves your registration for any retreat. Your space cannot be held without a deposit. The balance is due at the beginning of the retreat.

All amounts are payable in U.S. funds: Credit Card, U.S. check, money order or cash. You can make a deposit online using your credit card or PayPal account. Checks should be made payable to Shalom Mountain, Inc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel more than two weeks before the retreat, you will receive a refund of the deposit less a $50 administration charge. If you cancel within two weeks of the beginning of the retreat, the full deposit will be forfeited. The balance is due at the beginning of the retreat.

ALCOHOL AND RECREATIONAL DRUGS

To preserve a safe and sacred space, we ask for your support in maintaining an alcohol and recreational drug-free environment for Shalom Mountain events.

ANIMALS

Due to the nature of the retreat work and community environment at Shalom Mountain, accompanying animals cannot be accommodated at Shalom Mountain events.
