Randy Finden (he, him) brings a lifetime of finance experience, working with not-for-profit organizations and governments. His accounting degree is from California State University Sacramento. As a retired CPA he brings his experience to the Board that includes evaluating financial reporting issues and recommending appropriate solutions. He is married and has children and grandchildren.

After many life-changing experiences at Shalom Mountain he views his service as one way to give back to the Shalom community. He notes that over its life (50 years!) Shalom Mountain has successfully navigated changing corporate and social environments. He wants that success to continue for another 50 years.
