Let’s step out of our comfort zone as we create a conscious container, engage in breathwork, connect through creative process, experience a ritual and embrace the beauty of the land. We will cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
Together, we will find and develop tools to support this age of transformation and witness each other in the discovery.
This retreat is open to young adults aged 18-25.
