Waking Eros- an introduction to Sacred Sexuality is a retreat designed to bring consciousness to our own Eros and the sacredness of our erotic energy, our life force energy. We will explore what sacred sexuality means to each of us through gentle experiential processes, including the use of breath, meditation, and play. As we begin to rouse or awaken we will begin to learn our own energy and how to be with it. Our focus will be on ourselves, within the safety of a loving community of folks who are on the path to greater consciousness.
