Many of us sense that there is more to life than what we notice in the rush of everyday living—a depth, an aliveness, a Mystery that sometimes brushes against us in moments of beauty, grief, silence, awe, or love.

Whatever we call it—Spirit, the Divine, the Great Mystery, or simply a profound sense of presence—it cannot be summoned on demand. But it can be courted.

And perhaps, even more mysteriously, we can allow ourselves to be courted by it.

This retreat is an invitation to soften into a different quality of attention—to become more receptive to the subtle ways life is already inviting us into relationship. Through breathwork, movement, meditation, nature connection, and ritual, we'll experiment with pathways into presence, wonder, and communion. We'll enter both ordinary and expanded states of awareness—not to escape, but to remember. To return. To deepen our communion with life.

This is not about adopting someone else's beliefs or practices. It's about discovering your own way in—through embodied experimentation, intuitive listening, and attunement to what stirs your spirit. Together, we'll follow the thread of what feels real, alive, and meaningful.

We'll plant seeds of the mystical that you can carry home—not just as memory, but as a living relationship that continues to unfold long after the retreat ends.

This retreat welcomes all identities, backgrounds, and spiritual languages—including those that are emergent or undefined. No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to enter the Mystery.
