Training - Advanced Process Training

Shalom Retreat Leadership Training (SRLT) is for people interested in, and who have a gift for leadership of Shalom Retreats. The intention of SRLT is to develop excellence in Shalom process leadership and to build a group of skilled leaders to carry this work into a growing number of settings. SRLT will focus on deepening your theoretical understanding, honing your therapeutic skills and developing more presence as a leader. In addition, each participant will receive one-on-one supervision. Open to graduates of previous SRLTs who are interested in continuing to develop their skills. Prerequisite: Introduction to Process Training. Screening interview required.
