Retreats - Our Spiritual Journey

We at Shalom Mountain believe that life is ultimately about the journey to God, the process of awakening consciousness. We teach and practice the many disciplines that deepen the journey: meditation, yoga, journal writing, dialogue with dreams and the study of sacred literature from different spiritual traditions. We recognize the importance of open space, stillness and solitude in which a deep meeting is possible with one’s self and with the Holy. From this inner source, we draw wisdom and compassion to live with integrity in the world.
