Directions To Shalom Mountain Retreat & Study Center
We are located in the beautiful Catskill region of upstate New York. Because of the highly personal nature of many of our retreats and workshops, we urgently request that you not drop in to visit us without a prior appointment. We love to have visitors, but do insist that you call ahead if you wish to visit: our phone number is (845) 482-5421.

Beyond that, we are easily accessible from NY Route 17 (soon to be Interstate 86).
- Take 17 to exit 96 (Livingston Manor, NY). This exit is about half way between Binghamton, NY and NYC on 17.
- At the end of the exit ramp, take a right hand turn.
- You will very quickly come to a stop sign. At the Stop sign, turn left.
- You will cross over a small bridge and see a Citgo station with a road to the right. Turn right onto this road which is Main Street in Livingston Manor.
- Proceed approximately three blocks.
- You will see a traffic light (the only one in Livingston Manor). Proceed straight through that light for exactly one more mile.
- Cattail Road is on your left just before you come to the big hill heading towards Shandalee. Turn left onto Cattail Road and go 3.2 miles.
- We are situated on your right - a big white house - with parking available on the left.
